Biker's Revenge

Ahh, Art School kids. Every college town has 'em. Usually, they're rocking a singlespeed with only a front brake attached to pista bars, slowing you down due to their constant weaving (hey, it's tough to ride with your portfolio in hand!) or other general bobble-headery.
In Philly, a couple of 'em have earned their stripes with this handy little invention...
